ANZSCO 1332 工程经理技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 本组中大多数职业都要求具有与学士学位或更高资格相当的技能水平。五年以上相关工作经验可以代替正规资格要求。某些情况下，除了要求有正规资格还要求有相关经验和在职培训经历。（ANZSCO 1级水平）Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
ANZSCO 1332 工程经理主要职责 Tasks Include
• 决定、实施和监控工程策略、政策和计划 determining, implementing and monitoring engineering strategies, policies and plans

• 确保工程的质量、成本、安全、时效性和性能符合工程技术标准 ensuring engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness and performance are observed
• 监督维护需求以提高生产效率 overseeing maintenance requirements to optimise efficiency
• 与市场营销经理、研发和生产经理就新建工程和产品设计进行交流 liaising with marketing, research and manufacturing managers regarding engineering aspects of new construction and product design
• 可能致力于工程研究与开发 may contribute to research and development projects
