TRA需要提供的材料清单

1. a completed application form(signed and dated  完整的申请书

2. a certified copy of the biographical identity page of your valid passport 认证书：有效护照

   If your passport does not contain a photograph, you must also send a certified passport photograph of yourself 若护照没有照片，则需提供经认证的护照照片

3. 出生公证

4. 毕业证书的公证

5. 成绩单的公证(如果学校开出英文的，可以不用公证)

6. 资格证书或学徒文件公证书

7. certified copies of evidence of the nature and content of the qualification/award including subjects achieved. 认证书： 表明资格或荣誉认证的属性与内容的证明（包括所上的课程） (The evidence should describe the content of each subject and any machines, tools and equipment used. 证明要包括 每门课程的内容和所用到的机器、工具和设备)

8. certified copies of contact details for the organisation issuing the qualification. 认证书：发行资格认证的机构的联系

9. certified employment statements. 职业声明证书

10. 工作单位证明信公证

11. 工作单位学徒信公证

12. 工资单公证

13. 推荐信（英文的不用公证注，推荐人为师傅或老板）

14. 述职报告的翻译件（需要翻译公司翻译和盖章）

15. 工作中所用的工具及阅读书籍的明细单

16. 公司组织结构图

17. 其他任何能证明你工作的资料（请查看另一个清单：工作经验需要的材料）

18. A statutory declaration 法定声明（非必要） (A statutory declaration will not be accepted on its own as evidence of employment or training. You must also provide some form of third party evidence that can be independently verified by TRA to support the claims made in the statutory declaration. 法定声明不能单独提交，必须同时提供能被 TRA 单独查证的第三方证明)

20. 护照照片 4 张

21. 评估费$AUD300（汇票抬头付给 “The collector of public money DEWR” 为 300 澳币）

22. evidence of payment of the application fee. 申请费付款证明

23. 回邮地址

24. TRA 评估邮寄费 200 元（我们代寄）

25. 申请人所在单位的名片与营业执照复印件

26. 申请人实际工作地点与邮编

27. 申请人的推荐人联系电话与职务
