 WELFARE, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY ARTS WORKERS design and implement strategies and programs to meet community and individual needs and assist individuals, families and groups with social, emotional and financial difficulties to improve quality of life by educating and supporting them and working towards change in their social environment.

ANZSCO 2726 福利、娱乐和社区艺术工作者技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 本组中大多数职业都要求具有与学士学位或更高资格相当的技能水平。五年以上相关工作经验可以代替正规资格要求。某些情况下，除了要求有正规资格还要求有相关经验和在职培训经历（ANZSCO 1级水平）。 Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. • 为正在经历婚姻问题、失业、疾病困扰或有毒瘾的客户提供支持并探索可行方案 providing support while exploring alternatives with clients who experience difficulties such as marital problems, unemployment, illness and drug abuse
