ANZSCO 1111 首席执行官和董事职责概述

首席执行官与管理人负责决定、规划、检查组织的总方针和总方向，确保它们在董事会和理事机构的调控下。CHIEF EXECUTIVES AND MANAGING DIRECTORS determine, formulate and review the general policy programs and the overall direction of organisations within the framework established by boards of directors and similar governing bodies.

ANZSCO 1111 首席执行官和董事技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
