    INQUIRY CLERKS respond to personal, written and telephone inquiries and complaints about the organisation's goods and services, provide information and refer people to other sources.调查人员应对个人,写关于公司产品和服务的电话咨询和投诉,提供信息和参考其他来源的人。

    • answering inquiries about goods and services, and providing information about their availability, location, price and related issues
