ANZSCO 4115 原住民保健员职责概述
• 协助协调和供应原住民社区卫生保健品。INDIGENOUS HEALTH WORKERS assist with the coordination and provision of health care delivery to Indigenous communities.

ANZSCO 4115 原住民保健员技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 本单元的大多数职位需要具有与下述资质和经验相当的技术层次。Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with the qualifications and experience outlined below
• 在澳洲：AQF大专文凭、高级文凭或文凭（ANZSCO技术2级）In Australia: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
• 在新西兰：NZ的登记证书（ANZSCO技术2级）In New Zealand: NZ Register Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
• 至少3年的相关工作经验可以取代上述的资格证书。有时除了资格证外，还需要相关的工作经验和/或在职培训。At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.

ANZSCO 4115 原住民保健员主要职责 Tasks Include
• 维护健康记录和统计信息。maintaining health records and statistics
• 担当所服务社区的宣传者，作为客户和其他保健员间的沟通者和解释者。acting as an advocate in the community they serve, and as a communicator and interpreter on behalf of clients and other health workers
• 提供临床服务，如病例管理和跟踪，单独或与其他医疗服务人员磋商。providing clinical functions, such as case management and follow-up, independently or in consultation with other health care providers
• 向客户和医疗工作人员提供健康教育。providing health education to individual clients and staff in health facilities
• 向文化社区外的人提供文化教育，向他们服务的社区提供生存技能教育。providing cultural education to persons outside the cultural community and life skills education to the community they serve
• 提供咨询，向客户推荐其它的医疗服务人员。providing counselling and referring clients to other health care providers where necessary

• 与到医院和其它医疗机构的患者、客户和访客，以及卫生所工作人员建立联系；协助安排、协调和供应原住民和托雷斯海峡岛民卫生所的医疗用品。 Liaises with patients, clients, visitors to hospitals and other medical facilities and staff at health clinics, and works as a team member to arrange, coordinate and provide health care delivery in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community health clinics. Registration or licensing may be required.
