ANZSCO 3321 地板铺设工职责概述  
• 测量、切割、安装和修理软地板和弹性地板。FLOOR FINISHERS measure, cut, install and repair soft and resilient floor coverings

ANZSCO 3321 地板铺设工技能要求 Indicative 技术等级 Skill Level  
• 本单元的大多数职位需要具有与下述资质和经验相当的技术层次。Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with the qualifications and experience outlined below
• 在澳洲：AQF证书3级，包括至少2年的在职培训或AQF证书IV级（ANZSCO技术3级）In Australia: AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
• 在新西兰：NNZ资格证4级（ANZSCO技术3级）In New Zealand: NZ Register Level 4 qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
• 至少3年的工作经验可以代替上述的资格证。At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
• 有时除了资格证外，还需要相关的工作经验和/或在职培训。In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification

ANZSCO 3321 地板铺设工主要职责 Tasks Include  
• 测量要覆盖的区域，计划、商议并确定地板材料的数量。measuring areas to be covered and consulting plans to estimate quantities of floor covering materials required
• 准备覆盖层并去除护壁板。preparing surfaces for covering and removing baseboard trims
• 测量、切割并安装衬底材料。measuring, cutting and fixing underlay materials
• 布置覆盖物，如地毯、油毯、嵌木地板、软木砖和其它弹性地板材料；拼接图案；切割图形并修边。laying coverings, such as carpets, linoleum, parquetry blocks, cork tiles and other resilient flooring materials, over floors, matching patterns, cutting shapes around fixtures and trimming edges
• 固定地板并安装走廊边条。securing floor coverings and fitting edge trims in doorways
• 对木地板的终饰层打磨、沾染并涂漆。sanding, staining and applying finishing coatings to timber floors
• 可能要安装墙壁、天花板、may install wall, ceiling, counter and bench coverings
