职责概述 
• 运输服务经理组织和控制车辆的购买和销售出租机构和协调车辆，车站的运作，而且运作的车队运输货物和乘客企业的经营租赁。TRANSPORT SERVICES MANAGERS organise and control the buying and selling of vehicles for rental agencies and coordinate the leasing of vehicles, the operations of railway stations, and the operations of enterprises that operate fleets of vehicles to transport goods and passengers.

主要职责 Tasks Include  

• 组织运输车辆，设备和燃料的采购和维护organising the purchase and maintenance of transport vehicles, equipment and fuel
• 与客户保持联系，以确定需求和为客户提供咨询和有关车辆类型，购买或租用率和义务的信息和处理投诉liaising with clients to determine requirements and providing customers with advice and information regarding vehicle type, purchase or hire rates and obligations and handling complaints
• 接收订单和预订，以及规划和实施交通时刻表receiving orders and bookings, and planning and implementing transportation schedules
• 确保货物的储存和运输的条件下，将保持其质量ensuring goods are stored and transported in conditions that will maintain their quality
• 安排收集和运输车辆和货物arranging collection and delivery of vehicles and goods
• 保持业务记录和准备运行报表及报告maintaining business records and preparing operational statements and reports
• 与进场，离场，装载和火车装卸相关的协调活动coordinating activities associated with the arrival, departure, loading and unloading of trains
• 确保遵守职业健康和安全法规ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
