    澳大利亚: AQF(澳大利亚学历资格框架) 大专学历、高级文凭或文凭(ANZSCO技术等级 2) In Australia: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
    • 新西兰: NZ 注册文凭(ANZSCO技术等级 2) In New Zealand: NZ Register Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
    • 三年以上相关经验可以代替上方所示正规资格,某些情况下,除了要求有正规资格还要求有相关经验和/或在职培训经历。 At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.

    在与厨师商量菜单规划planning menus in consultation with Chefs

    策划和组织的特殊功能planning and organising special functions

    根据预算安排货物的采购和定价arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget

    保持库存水平和金融交易的记录maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions

    确保餐饮设施符合卫生法规和干净的适合外观和功能ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance

    与客户商谈以评估自己对饭菜和服务的满意程度conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service

    选拔,培训和督导等待和厨房工作人员selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff

    可能需要预订,迎接客人并协助采取订单may take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders
