确保餐饮设施符合卫生法规和干净的适合外观和功能ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance

与客户商谈以评估自己对饭菜和服务的满意程度conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service

选拔，培训和督导等待和厨房工作人员selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff

可能需要预订，迎接客人并协助采取订单may take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders
