2017年7月28日北京时间凌晨，加拿大当地时间下午4点多，萨省移民局开放了萨省技术移民EE类别600个名额。同时萨省职业清单由5月16日的17个职业增加到43个职业，其中部分职业需要在萨省注册。
萨省无雇主技术移民分为EE类别和Occupation in-Demand类别：其中EE类别需要同时满足雅思4个6，评估分数67分和萨省60分；Occupation in-Demand只需要满足萨省60分评估分数，语言成绩达到CLB4即听4.5，说和写4.0，读3.5。
